Clear layout: Complete palletizng programs by flowing step- by-step setup guides. 2) Flexible Palletizing Path Simple path design: Only need to set representative positions such as approach points, reference workpiece points, and retreatpoints to handle all targets on the pallet. Safe path planning: Divides the entire palletizing path into approach and retreat paths to avoid collisions during movement. Individual path settings: Each workpiece's palltizing path on each layer can be set separately to meet different path requirements for various scenarios. 3) Comprehensive Reachability Verification Automatically detects if there are unreachable points in the complete palletizing path, verifying before operation. Can test run all path points on the pallet, adjusting parameters based on the actual trajectory. 4) Supports Picking and Placing Separators Supports picking and placing separators during palletizing to enhance stack stability. The separator picking and placing function is simple to set up, requiring only three steps: setting the separatorpick point, transition point, and place point. Multiple pallet size options: Allows selection of standard pallet sizes for different regions and custom pallet sizes. 5) Diverse Palletizing Formats Provides typical palletizing templates such as matrix overlap,crisscross, and rotational stagger.
